Industry 360 provides a carefully-crafted, systemic support system of mentorship and learning by way of a mobile think-tank of experienced professionals in various areas of development throughout the Caribbean and diaspora. These events-based initiatives will use the S.L.A.Y. Approach– strategize, learn, adapt and yield – and will include, but are not limited to:
Masterclass Series
By definition, a masterclass is an experience provided by those willing to learn in and around a particular discipline by an expert of that field. To amplify the contributions of Caribbean luminaries, Industry 360 curates masterclass experiences across the creative industries - fashion, film, music, entertainment and The Arts - to help others develop their skills, talent, intuition and expertise.
Cross-industry Workshops
Our workshops are spaces of intention: we work to empower young entrepreneurs to develop sustainable enterprises with a focus on several key areas such as public relations, financial literacy and product to market movement. With a particular focus on youth and women, the promotion of entrepreneurship and self-employment encourages peer-to-peer support, access to information, access to technology and retention of skilled youth and prevention of the emigration of skills.
Caribbean Cultural Diplomats Experience
Create community with us! Come out to meet emerging and established professionals, develop reputable contacts, and socialize with like-minded individuals over good food, drinks, and entertainment. Our Caribbean Cultural Diplomats Experience embodies the spirit of community and collaboration - and with our first installment that took place in October 2023 in Times Square, NYC, you can expect more on the horizon!

Industry 360 Cultural Legacy Award
The Industry 360 Caribbean Cultural Legacy Award is presented annually to a changemaker who has made a significant contribution to the landscape of the region, and in recognition of service through invaluable impact on Caribbean Culture. The inaugural award was presented to music entrepreneur, Max Glazer.
Caribbean Press Trip Experiences
Industry 360 believes in telling our stories, our way. Our uniquely-crafted Caribbean Press Trip experiences partner with leading regional private and public organizations to invite members of the media to showcase the very best of the region to the rest of the world. From Carnival to cultural experiences, we’ve got you covered. This program is facilitated in collaboration with our sister company, Chambers Media Solutions.
